The Villa d’Este Golf Club dates back to 1926; it was built on the hills overlooking the Montorfano lake and on the suggestive edge of woodlands boasting more than 30 thousand chestnut, pine and birch trees. Thanks to its beautiful natural setting, the course is the favourite destination of the most sophisticated golfers. The spectacular course, designed by James Peter Gannon, hosted 12 Italian Open competition.
